Talent Hub seeks a Senior Communications Manager to lead the planning and execution of Press and PR campaigns.

As part of an integrated marketing and communications team, this role will drive impactful media coverage that aligns with strategy, audience, and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate will guide 2 PR Executives to ensure effective execution of media campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall results for the communications team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver strategic press and PR campaigns that effectively highlight the brand and support audience development, sales growth, and overall strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to create comprehensive media plans with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with media contacts across mainstream, specialist, national, and international outlets, as well as key digital influencers.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with established media partners to grow the media footprint.
  • Oversee the daily running of a highly responsive press office, handling all media enquiries in a time-sensitive manner.

We are offering a salary of up to £42,000 for this role.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a PR Manager role developing and implementing press and PR campaigns across multiple channels, preferably in the arts & culture sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of the media landscape with a strong network of media contacts relevant to the arts or not-for-profit b2c sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting.
  • Experience and knowledge of campaign evaluation methods.
  • Experience in managing a small PR team.

Based near Brighton, this role offers 4 days office-based work and 1 day from home. Excellent holiday benefits and more are also included.
