About This Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled B2B Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team in Central London. As a member of our hybrid team, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of up to £60,000 per annum, with an uncapped commission scheme that can increase your total remuneration package to £89,400 annually.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing SDR processes, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. To succeed, you'll need 3+ years of B2B SDR experience, including at least one year in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Lead the SDR team to generate high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
  • Process Optimization: Improve SDR efficiency and scalability through process enhancements and system optimizations.
  • Team Coaching: Help the team reach and exceed their potential by setting the tone with your own target achievements.
  • Messaging Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and improve outreach outcomes.
  • Reporting: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Head of Sales.
  • Playbook Development: Write the playbook for how we do SDR outreach, setting the foundation for the team to scale.
