Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the housekeeping team and ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel
  • Assess the needs of the business in terms of staffing and ensure that the team is adequately resourced
  • Co-ordinate with reception and reservations to ensure the day-to-day operational requirements are successfully delivered
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping efficiency and effectiveness
