A day in the life of...

As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you'll lead the housekeeping team and be a key member of the hotel's management team. You'll display a proactive and innovative approach to skill development and enhancement in your team, while accurately assessing the needs of the business in terms of staffing and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and monitored throughout the hotel. You'll also coordinate constructively with both reception and reservations to successfully deliver day-to-day operational requirements.

Based in the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, you'll be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess housekeeping experience in the hotel sector and have experience in a supervisory role, or above, in a hotel.
