Medical Scheduler

Seneca Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Medical Scheduler to join our team. As a Medical Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills with patients, healthcare providers, and co-workers.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for Seneca Hospital by exhibiting core values and taking accountability for customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and staff, and address patient problems and concerns.
- Schedule incoming appointment requests according to policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year minimum of general clerical experience preferred.
- Proficient typing speed of 35 words per minute with accuracy.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
