About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Team Lead Specialist to join our team in Bicester and Wallingford. As a key member of our support services, you will lead a team of 45 support workers who enable 13 people with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities to thrive.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the health and wellbeing of the people we support, in line with CQC/CSSIW Guidelines and Dimensions' policies
  • Delivering effective risk assessments and emergency plans to ensure the people we support are safe
  • Leading a team of support workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of managing a team, setting objectives, and ensuring goals are met
  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations
  • Experience in delivery of services in compliance with contracts
  • Experience of managing supported living services or similar - and be familiar with performance management processes
  • Completed, or be willing to undertake, Management Development training
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of great benefits, including:
