Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a General Manager at The Botanist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets, while also focusing on the development of your team members.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Get Up To

As a General Manager at The Botanist, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets, while also focusing on the development of your team members.

You will have full autonomy over your P+L and will be expected to lead from the front at all times. You will work closely with your management team to ensure that the development of your team is happening, and that you have a constant stream of people ready to take their next career steps.
