**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Capability Scotland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with complex disabilities to live independently in their own homes and communities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide one-to-one support to our customers, assisting with personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and meal times.
  • Participate in community-based activities, such as shopping, sports events, and social gatherings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 FTE / £12.06 per hour.
  • A fully funded SVQ qualification, which is yours to keep for life.
  • Flexible rotas, including set 2, 3, 4, and 6 weeks rolling or monthly rotas.
  • 32 days' holiday per year, increasing to 37 with service.
