Service Overview: Health and Social Care Partnership

Role Summary: Our Learning Disability Support Services deliver vital, innovative, and individualized assistance to individuals, enabling those with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex conditions to pursue education and personal development. We facilitate their ability to live independently, secure paid employment, develop life skills, engage in meaningful activities, and achieve their personal goals while becoming active members of their communities.

We also provide support for neurodiverse adults, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and behavioral challenges such as ADHD, particularly during their transition from educational settings. While autism is not classified as a learning disability, the lack of available resources in rural areas often limits support options for adults. Many individuals we assist also have autism, and our dedicated teams are equipped to provide the necessary support.

Our Commitment: Our Health and Social Care Partnership operates registered support locations that comply with SCSWIS (Care Inspectorate) standards.

Our multi-skilled teams are adept at supporting individuals with complex needs who may not be able to find assistance elsewhere. We are also proactive in identifying individuals who could benefit from our community support networks or alternative resources.

Current Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our day support services.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member, empathetic, and passionate about providing support. While prior experience is valuable, a strong commitment to helping our clients reach their full potential is paramount.
