About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to join our team at Enable, supporting individuals with learning disabilities in Kilmarnock and Kilmaurs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal planning
  • Assist with community activities and outings
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality support and care
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to individual needs and preferences.

You will be working with Rose and Shirley, two lovely individuals who require support with daily living tasks and community activities. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, meal planning, and supporting them to engage in their interests and hobbies.
