The Midlothian Visiting Team is committed to providing comprehensive support to adults living within the community. Our approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, ensuring that our services are person-centered.

Our team comprises a diverse range of skills, with ongoing training and development opportunities. We specialize in supporting individuals with Autism, Dementia, Neurological Conditions, as well as offering expertise in Mental Health, Social, and Tenancy Support.

As a Support Practitioner, your role will involve assisting individuals with daily living activities both at home and within their communities. You will play a crucial part in helping people plan for their futures, combating social isolation and loneliness. We prioritize a person-centered methodology when working with individuals requiring support for various reasons, including Mental Health challenges, Autism, and Physical & Learning Disabilities.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. However, we seek candidates who embody essential values such as honesty, respect, empathy, and compassion—qualities that are vital for those joining our team.
