As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire Support at Home, you will be an integral part of a wonderful team. Each day presents unique challenges and responsibilities, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- The capacity to work flexibly and creatively with clients and their families.
- Ideally, some experience in personal care (though this is not essential).

- Flexibility to work within scheduled hours and willingness to participate in an on-call rota when necessary.
