Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide complex care and support, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including seizures, learning disabilities, epilepsy, stoma & peg care, and other conditions.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication and provide personal care as required.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Good professional and personal references.
- Enhanced DBS/PVG check, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks.
