Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Struan Lodge Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while respecting their dignity and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support daily activities, such as assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  • Create a positive environment, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere that promotes resident well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide a supportive and effective care environment.
Requirements:
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant or equivalent role.
  • Passion for providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive rate of £12.10 per hour.
  • A flexible zero-hours contract with opportunities for dayshift or nightshift work.
  • Paid breaks, pension, paid PVG, onsite parking, and uniform provided.
