You will oversee all aspects of the home, including staff management, budgeting, quality assurance, and compliance. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, and empowering them to achieve their goals. This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

We offer a competitive package, including a salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, and an enhanced disclosure cost coverage. Our comprehensive induction program and ongoing training opportunities will ensure you have the necessary tools to excel in this role.
