About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Architect to join our team at Intumescent Systems Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for residential projects.

Your primary focus will be on creating detailed technical drawings and working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop residential projects, including bungalows and homes for 1st time buyers and young people
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver bespoke solutions
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 28 days per annum (this includes all bank holidays) - Pro-Rated for commencement of employment part way through the year
