Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHSFT. As a key member of our Positive and Safe Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training sessions and supporting clinical practice across two Trusts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions on various topics, including person-centred care, clinical audit, and staff and patient safety.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical teams to provide knowledge and expertise in clinical practice.
  • Ensure compliance with national guidelines, trust policies, and the RRN Accreditation Scheme.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Completion of the Train the Trainers programme (2 weeks residential) via WLMHT to RRN standards.
  • Hold a teaching qualification or relevant teaching/training/clinical experience.
