About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. As a trusted organisation at the heart of our communities, we strive to provide exceptional care by embracing digital excellence.

As a Clinical Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical guidance and supporting the development and delivery of our collaborative EPR strategy. You will also ensure clinical safety throughout the programme and advocate for best practice through the adoption of digital technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to the EPR programme
  • Developing and delivering clinical training and education
  • Fostering clinical engagement and transformation
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional or Midwife with substantial post-graduate experience
  • Change / process management qualification
  • Excellent understanding of clinical systems and their use within an acute hospital environment
