About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Practice, you'll be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives, developing strategic plans, and driving business growth.

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive digital transformation. You'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Monitoring and controlling project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, engineering).
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
