In this position, you will provide critical OD and C&I services to stakeholders, supporting the continuous quality improvement agenda in areas such as behaviors and values, C&I culture, culture change, ED&I initiatives, employee engagement, leadership development, change management, talent/succession planning, and team development.

We offer a competitive salary range of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional and leadership development, ongoing support from recruitment to integration into our team, and staff benefits including an employee assistance program, discounted gym membership, onsite fitness classes, and car schemes.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a qualification in OD or Leadership, equivalent experience in a related field, and evidence of continuing professional development in the OD field, coaching, and mentoring formal training and development.
