About the Opportunity

We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Account Management to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership. They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

We are looking for someone who can develop a comprehensive sales strategy, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build trust relationships with clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Head of Sales to ensure the growth of our Assets Under Management (AUM).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy that drives business growth and meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including HNWI, Private Wealth Management firms, asset managers, fund managers, family offices, and other private investors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in the financial services industry.
  • A valid business contact network with a strong presence in the HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.
  • Excellent knowledge of securities markets, including stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options.
  • Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management, with a focus on delivering solutions based on customer needs.
  • Motivated for sales, with a good sense of priorities and time management.
  • Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively.
  • Fluent English, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to reach and exceed targets, with an overachiever mentality.

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A performance-based bonus program is also available.
