The Role As Head of Account Management, you will oversee the commercial function, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, retain clients, and expand the customer base.
You will lead a team, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with business goals.
What you'll be doing Collaborating directly with senior management to grow the commercial function.
Managing budgets and sales profitability targets.

Representing the business at relevant conferences and events.
What you'll bring to the role Proven experience as a sales head/director/manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of performance reporting, financial processes, and budgeting.
Strategic thinking with commercial awareness.
Demonstrable experience building and executing sales strategies and achieving results.
Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and foster long-term client relationships.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a consultative selling approach.
