We’re on the lookout for a Head of Accounts to join us here at Telcom Group. Working within our Sales Team, you will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer

As the Head of Account Management in the commercial arm of Telcom Group, you will lead a team who will work closely with the Customer Experience and New Business teams, leading a team of Account Managers to ensure opportunities are maximised from each customer.

This role is Manchester based working in our head offices at least 3 days per week as you will need to be close to the team and building your own personal brand is equally important.

**We would love someone with**

We really are looking for someone who knows this industry inside out. You will be familiar with the Telecommunications industry and have a love for building solid relationships.

**Equally as important is -**
- Proven performance in an Relationship-based role
- Previous experience leading a team of salespeople
- Commercially aware person who is able to deal with transactional sales and supporting the sales team in growing Account Management spend
- You are regularly recognised for your amazing customer service skills
- Experience working towards a variety of KPIs
- Technical experience in telecommunications - WAN, LAN, WIFI, Security

**You may be required to travel for this role so a full driving licence is required.**

**This role is offering up to £75,000 depending on experience + £9K car allowance.**
