Soft Services Team Lead - Facilities Management

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our Soft Services team, providing exceptional facilities management solutions to our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring a standard approach to service delivery across our client's estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the EMCOR UK BAE Submarines Soft Services team through effective communication, training, and development.
  • Support and manage Health, Safety and Environment processes.
  • Promote the EMCOR vision, account values, and goals positively.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met.
  • Identify training and development needs assessing the competencies of employees and suppliers.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
