Building Services Operations Lead

An experienced Building Services Operations Lead is sought by a leading main contractor to lead the building services team in delivering construction projects in the UK and Ireland.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in managing building services design, delivery, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with pre-construction teams to meet client requirements and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve building services operations and reduce costs.
The following qualifications and skills are essential for this role:
- Hold a Mechanical or Electrical Technical qualification.
- BTEC in Building Services Engineering or related fields.
- HNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services.
- Degree in Building Services Engineering.
