Renal Care Team Lead

A dedicated renal nurse is sought to manage a dialysis clinic team in a modern and well-equipped facility in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a key member of the healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and achieving operational excellence.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
- Fostering a positive and supportive team environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in renal nursing, having worked as a dialysis nurse for at least 5 years in the UK. A post-basic qualification in renal nursing and experience managing a team are also essential. In addition, proficiency in MS Office software and excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
Compensation Package:
This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive annual salary and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes 35 days' annual leave (increasing with length of service) and extensive training opportunities. Overtime is paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours, and enhancements are provided for evenings and Saturday working. Additionally, employees enjoy numerous other benefits, such as life assurance, company pension, and holidays on Christmas and New Year's Day.
