Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Renal Care Specialist to work in one of the UK's leading healthcare providers' dialysis clinics based in Colliers Wood, South West London. This exceptional new job opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £35,791 - £36,630 per annum DOE.
Job Description:This challenging yet rewarding role involves delivering high-quality individualised care to patients while promoting patient-focused care. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will mentor and assist team members, provide safe haemodialysis treatment, and lead shifts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and able to adapt to change, and possess good interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have renal nursing experience, but this is not essential. What is crucial is your ability to work effectively within a team and promote evidence-based practice. You will also contribute to the evaluation of evidence to improve patient care.
