At TRC Total Renal Care Inc, we are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team. This role will be based at our Dublin Dialysis Center in Dublin, OH, and will require flexibility to float to our Meadowhawk Dialysis center in Marysville, OH.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment;
  • Setting up hemodialysis machines and performing routine maintenance tasks;
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery;
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge;

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary range of $64,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
