We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Individual to fill the role of Junior Charge Nurse at our Renal Services clinics. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Description:

The Junior Charge Nurse is responsible for assisting in the operational management of the clinic, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes developing and implementing processes to drive quality improvements initiatives, onboard new teammates, and establish strong relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deputize in operations management of the clinic, ensuring continuity of service.
  2. Implement new processes to drive quality improvements initiatives through the clinic.
  3. Onboard new teammates effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  4. Develop positive relationships with patients and handle any complaints that may arise.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, governance, and regulatory systems and policies.
  6. Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions.

Person Specification:

  • Registered Nurse with renal experience.
  • Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
  • Engaging communication skills and a friendly demeanor to successfully connect with a diverse team and patients.
  • A lead-by-example style to encourage a value-driven culture that brings the best out of everyone.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to changing situations in a clinical environment.
  • Exceptional organization skills to manage an array of different tasks associated with running a clinic.
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive Company Pension Scheme.
  • 35 days' paid leave per annum, including bank holidays.
  • A Monday to Saturday working pattern, with day shifts only.
