About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in the management of our haemodialysis services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, planning, delivery of care using a holistic approach within haemodialysis. You will also possess fundamental management and facilitation skills in order to co-ordinate and supervise the activity of Unit staff, promote multi-disciplinary working and foster a supportive, learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality patient care in accordance with NICE guidelines and trust policies
- To lead and manage the haemodialysis service, ensuring seamless delivery of care
- To maintain accurate records of patient data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A recognised nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) with a specialisation in renal medicine
- Post-registration experience in an acute renal setting, including haemodialysis
- Intravenous accreditation
Benefits
