We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with additional educational needs to achieve their full potential.
About the RoleThis is a permanent contract position, working 31 hours per week/39 working weeks per year. You will be responsible for supporting students in the classroom, 1:1, or in intervention groups, working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a stable and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with additional educational needs in the classroom, 1:1, or in intervention groups

- Assist with lesson planning and preparation, as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure student success
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good standard of written and spoken English and Maths skills at a suitable level to support students up to Key Stage 4
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with students, teachers, and parents
- A commitment to providing a stable and supportive learning environment for all students
