About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Altogether Care.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in empowering our clients to live independently and make their own decisions. You will provide physical and emotional support, assist with daily living tasks, and foster positive relationships with our clients, their families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist individuals in their own homes to live independently
  • Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices
  • Provide physical and emotional support
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities
  • Help individuals participate in health care and personal appointments
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals
