Job Title: Senior Educational Psychologist Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Educational Psychologist to lead our team of psychologists in Leeds. As a leader, you will have a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on delivering excellent educational psychology services to support schools, families, children, and young people.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to the Educational Psychology Team, ensuring that our services meet the needs of children and young people across the city. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies that promote high-quality educational psychology services. Your experience and expertise will be essential in shaping our vision and goals, ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of children and young people, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in psychology (with eligibility for graduate membership of the British Psychological Society) and a postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology. You must also have significant management experience within the relevant children's services environment, with specific responsibility for translating policy via service delivery and outcomes. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of current local and national issues impacting upon the service, as well as knowledge and experience of health & safety and risk management.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £65,000 per annum, plus benefits such as annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
