We are looking for an experienced professional with significant management experience within children's services, preferably with responsibility for translating policy into service delivery and outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and management of our Educational Psychology Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting high-quality support and provision for children and young people with SEND. You will work closely with Senior Educational Psychologists to achieve goals set out in the team plan, leveraging your creativity and innovative solutions to complex managerial problems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrating an ability to influence, negotiate, and establish credibility for the service. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of evidence-based approaches, improvement methodologies, and quality transformational outcomes.
