Role – Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment and be able to demonstrate their expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced H&S Manager to take their career to the next level and work closely with our clients to ensure they meet all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective H&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Audit teams and conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • BUILD relationships with each team to influence and implement H&S awareness.
  • Continuously improve H&S performance through monitoring, analysis, and reporting.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Proven experience in Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hold a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to commute to Stratford upon Avon a minimum of 4 times per week.

Salary: £55,000 + discretionary bonus.
