As a key member of our integrated healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.

  • Providing skilled clinical nursing practices, including people moving and handling, and operating as a lone worker when necessary;">
  • Developing and maintaining effective communication networks with service users, healthcare professionals, and other statutory and voluntary organizations;">
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to NMC policy and Data Protection guidelines;">

What We Offer
