Salary: £19,570 - £21,740 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

As a Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. You will be accountable for ensuring policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team.

You will help us make health happen by taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, coaching and guiding the team, carrying out assessments, and developing individualised care plans.
