Assistant Manager for Children's Care Facility
Children Assisted in a Real Environment Ltd is in search of a dedicated Assistant Manager for our residential care facility. The successful candidate will possess prior leadership experience and hold at least a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care focused on children and young people. This is a full-time role that encompasses the daily oversight of the facility, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, and actively participating in the development of care strategies and risk assessments. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the facility and act in the manager's absence
- Ensure adherence to regulations and engage in inspection processes
- Lead and develop the staff team
- Contribute to the formulation of care strategies and behavior management plans
- Deliver care and assist with daily activities for children and young individuals
- Plan and take part in various recreational and social activities
Required Qualifications:
- At least a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care focused on children and young people
- It is advantageous to possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Experience in working with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) in residential care settings
- Prior experience in a managerial role
