About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at the NIHR GOSH Clinical Research Facility. As the first point of contact for patients and staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer care and support to patients, staff, and visitors
- Manage the reception area, including checking patients in, scheduling appointments, and tracking patient records
- Provide administrative support to the research delivery team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Contribute to the efficient running of the department, including maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
