Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the research delivery team
* Manage patient appointments and track patient records

Requirements:

* Educated to GCSE or equivalent level, with at least A* - C in English and Maths
* NVQ level 3/NVQ or equivalent qualification in customer care or business administration
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
