Clinical Research Facility Receptionist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at the NIHR GOSH Clinical Research Facility Unit. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in, scheduling, and tracking through our electronic patient records system (EPIC)
- Provide administrative support to the research delivery team, contributing to the efficient running of the department
- Assist with reimbursement processes and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical staff to maintain excellent working relationships
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and EPIC
