Key Responsibilities:- Lead the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services to children and young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Manage the financial aspects of the care home, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People.
- Proven experience in a residential care setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- Registered Manager with Ofsted.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
