Lead Residential Care Manager

At 360 CRS, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Residential Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services to children and young people.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
  3. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
  5. Manage the financial aspects of the care home, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People.
  2. Proven experience in a residential care setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  3. Registered Manager with Ofsted.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
