Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Children's Home, ensuring that we meet all regulatory and statutory requirements, and leading and supporting a team of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Children's Home, ensuring that we provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.
- Ensure that the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, including those related to child safeguarding and welfare.
- Lead and support a team of care professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans for the children in our care, working closely with families and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, local authorities, and other professionals in the children's services sector.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have recent experience as a Children's Home Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). You will also need to have a Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence.
