Your Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our ongoing transformation and success, ensuring positive outcomes for children and their families.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Provide guidance and support to a team of dedicated staff working with children in care.
  • Collaborate with the Service Lead for Children's Homes and Supported Accommodation to ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and National Minimum Standards.
  • Be part of a service that prides itself on high aspirations for children, empowering them to reach their full potential.
