Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assign rooms, taking payments and handling general administrative duties
- Ensure all guest enquires and complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner
- Work under pressure and multi-task to meet the needs of our guests
- Develop strong relationships with guests and colleagues to provide a seamless experience

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
