About the Role
The Field Care Supervisor is a key member of our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, responsible for delivering high-quality care support services in the community. This role involves assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising and supporting care workers, and working with care coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and review individual services to ensure the highest quality care support is delivered
- Supervise and support care workers in the field, including shadowing new workers to ensure competence
- Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs and carry out on-site observations and evaluations of care worker practice
- Work with care coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas, taking into account individual needs and worker skills

Requirements
