Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

At City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and delivery of care services to meet the needs of individual clients
  • Conduct regular reviews of client services to ensure they are meeting their needs and are of high quality
  • Supervise and support care workers in the field to ensure they are providing high-quality care
  • Work with care coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of client needs

Requirements:
