We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Building Safety team as a Building Safety Inspector. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in learning and working within the building safety sector, who is eager to make a difference in enhancing the safety of our homes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced team to improve the safety aspects of our homes. As a Building Safety Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting visual surveys, managing projects, and other administrative duties. You will liaise with PMOs, managing agents, residents, and other stakeholders, organise meetings, and manage access issues.

You will also conduct site visits, arrange visits with engineers, manage EWS1 queries, assist with building safety Tranches, FRAEW, manage SharePoint sites for live projects, issue and manage purchase orders, upload key building information, and review lease documents to identify accountable and responsible persons under relevant safety legislation.

Requirements
  • A HNC or degree in Building Surveying or Construction
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Building Surveying or Construction

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
