Role Overview:


We are seeking a Site Inspector to join our Building Safety team in Wales/SW England. As a Site Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out façade and Internal Fire Safety investigations/Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), and preparing written technical reports with photographs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Carry out façade and Internal Fire Safety investigations/Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)
  • Prepare written technical reports with photographs
  • Collaborate with the Building Safety team to identify and mitigate fire safety risks
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building regulations, NHBC standards, high rise, façades, and combustible materials
