About the Role:

At Allen Lane, we are seeking an experienced HR Policy and Guidance Manager to lead our HR team in developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of UK employment law and statutory regulations, as well as experience in managing HR systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with best practice and statutory requirements
* Manage HR systems and data to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:
